                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY TO
                   PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND
                   CONSULTING SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE
                   STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1994 FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF FORTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley to provide
       professional engineering and consulting services relative to the
       Stormwater Management Program for 1994 for a consideration of
       $46,000.00.
